CHERRY ALMOND COCONUT CRANBERRY MATCHA SMOOTHIE.
Blend the following together and thank me later.
• Frozen Cherries
• Frozen Bananas
• 1 serving matcha powder (1 tsp)
• A handful of almonds
• Coconut milk
• Cranberry juice
• Handful of oatmeal (uncooked)
• 1 tsp cinnamon.
• Cheers.
Pour in mason jar of choice, then devour, and feel festive, full, and freaking fantastic all at once.
I’ve been living off of smoothies lately. They fit into my schedule, and are the best way to easily get a ton of nutrients. Plus, they are just oh so loved by my tastebuds, and appreciated by every other part of my body, actually.
So I whipped this one up yesterday in the ol’ Vitamix (that I swear by and would probably bring with me if we have to evacuate our house the next time a hurricane comes), and after taking one sip, had to plop down and snap a pic so I could share. (Sorry food photography is not my forté)
It’s got a little bit of spice, lots of flavor, and fills me up. Yay oatmeal, cherries, almonds, and matcha. And everything else that’s in there.
Going to go make another one now…
