Well, I had to say goodbye to my best four-legged friend, then to life at the beach in a matter of a few days. Life’s been heavy, full of random ugly cries, a bit of a blur, and my brain fog is at capacity, all while having one too many tabs open, too.
But I did manage to scribble down some journal thoughts before the move. And wanted to share. I love these things.
I’ll post a bunch of final beach pics and about life in our new location soon. But for now, I’m just taking it one day at a time.
Or in this case, page.
In case you can’t read my writing:
• When you don’t want to talk or can’t find the words, waves are the perfect conversation.
• Dean Ocean, …Just do your thing.
• Describe perfection: a dog running carefree on an empty beach.
• Some of my best lessons were learned surrounded by a school of fish
• May your bikinis be cheeky and tanlines be bright, you run and splash without care and dance under the stars at night.
• I have a healthy addiction to riding waves and chasing rainbows
• Sunshine and water make the glue that mends a heartbreak
