Bowl O’ Deliciousness

I had this for breakfast three times this week. And dream of it when I go to bed at night. Think of it as berries and cream, kicked up a few notches in the health and awesome sauce department.

Combine the following in a big gas cereal bowl:

Sliced banana
Cut up kiwi
Hand full of blueberries
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Rainier cherries (seeds removed)
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs dried Coconut

Then pour the following over the fruit in the bowl:

Coconut milk that is mixed with 1 Scoop Vanilla or Plain protein powder (I use Designer Whey.)

Drizzle some honey over the top


…and go carpe the diem.
