So at the start of this year, my skin was acting crazy. In a not so fun way. It basically hurt, I was breaking out, it was super dry/cracking in spots, and I was vaguely resembling The Joker because the Rosacea and Psoriasis between my nose and mouth were flaring up so much.
Tata Harper to the rescue.
Seriously, Tata, my skin wants to write you an adoring love sonnet.
Here’s the story: I received a box of Tata Harper products before the Holidays (a perk of my job I am oh so grateful for), and had been meaning to bust it open and give them a shot. So, on January 1, 2019, after we got back from traveling, I figured I’d do what was on the box and #GREENYOURBEAUTYROUTINE – I even did a little Instagram Story saying I was starting the year off using only these green Tata Harper products, and it was pretty amazing how many people replied saying it’s THE BEST. (Looking back, it all makes sense though).
So for the past 21 days, I’ve used nothing on my skin other than the following products. Zip, zilch, nada. Not even coconut oil. That’s dedication, folks.
My Routine:
Then the Clarifying Mask 1-2x a week
To keep it short, my skin LOVES it. Everywhere, every skin concern. Muwah.
…And it will take a lot of convincing for me to use something different.
My skin’s always loved all-natural nontoxic stuff, and I’m convinced Tata’s products are like the Tesla of that genre. Everything is 100% Natural, nontoxic, and organic. And you won’t find any buzz word single ingredient, in fact, you’ll find tons of ingredients, that were all specifically paired together to work their mojo on your skin.
I could paraphrase this about their ingredients, but I don’t want to dull the sparkle, alas I shall quote Their Formulas page:
“We source more than 300 different ingredients from over 68 countries. The best organic ingredients come from all over the globe – and Tata leaves no stone unturned to find the best. We believe in quality over quantity – that means no mass-produced ingredients. When we need Prickly Pear Cactus, we know the best place to get that is the Galapagos Islands, because they love the sun (and they also help feed the iguana population there too). So, we go there. And if it’s not available due to a tropical storm, you may notice we are out of stock, because we make zero compromises on our sourcing. In fact, we spend up to 75% of our costs on raw ingredients for certain formulations—so you aren’t just paying for a pretty bottle, you’re paying for what’s inside.”
Ok, so the ingredients are legit. But so is the concentration.
Going to quote them again, because…my brain.
“If science shows that a result requires a minimum of 0.1% you’ll likely see much more than that percentage (and anywhere from 2-4X what our competitors put in) to deliver what we find is the absolute best possible result to our clients.”
Boom. I like overachievers when it comes to skincare.
Each bottle boasts upwards of 40+ HPI (High-performance ingredients) in any given product. Each ingredient = a benefit. So in short, the products are full of lots of high quality, highly concentrated goods with different benefits for your skin. With zero gunk. Amen.
Ok, so now that you know a little bit more about what’s in the products, here’s what went down with my skin.
My skin = I mean, I’m 38, have been outdoors/in the sun my whole life, so I have some issues thanks to that. But I also struggle with adult acne and the fun little fine lines that come with being an adult. The dermatologist also informed me I have Psoriasis and Rosacea on the lines between my mouth and nose, which I thought was acne but is a result of sun damage. Wahoo!
• Breakouts are pretty much gone. Big hormonal honkers on my chin and jawline have yet to make an appearance.
• Skin is just flat out feeling amazing, I also think it’s got a nice l’il natural glow to it.
• Rosacea/Psoriasis flare-ups are virtually gone. Just have a little redness now. Hallelujah.
• Lines between my mouth and nose are getting a little less deep and long (My Dermatologist suggested that I try sleeping on my back instead of my side, I think that’s helping too.)
That’s just a few.
I know skincare is tricky and it’s all so different for each one of us, so I think when your skin is loving something you should shout praises for whatever the heck it is you’re using.
SO THIS IS ME SHOUTING!
Did I get these products for free? Yes. Is it pricey? Depends on what you’re comparing them to. (I do think you get a lot of high-quality product and a little goes a long way though.) Do I plan on buying it once it runs out so I can keep this skin/product love story going? You bet.
Next up …tackling the rest of my body with the body care line.
So there you go. Beauty routine is fully greened, skin is happy/gulping it up, and I have a new favorite skincare line I just had to shout some praises to for a bit.
Whoever decided to put me on the press list for Tata Harper, I sincerely thank you.

And here’s a quick iphone pic. Took it in our bathroom with no naturally flattering light, and at the end of the day. (All I’m wearing is some mascara, dried up sweat, a spray or two of the toner, and some of Tata’s cheek/lip stain.)
I’m so happy you reviewed this brand as I’ve always wanted to try it. I have dermatitis which I developed once I turned 28 and don’t love the lines between my mouth and nose, i’m A side sleeper too, so after reading your glowing (pun intended) review of these products I am really excited to try them, so thanks for the beauty tip! Xx
Sweet! Hope you like them and they help! I’ve had the mouth to nose lines since forever, and it’s crazy how much sleeping on my back (although it’s hard for me to do) helps too!
Products look great and sound wonderful. I’d love to use them too I think. If you had to pay $600+ for the same products, would you use them?
Thanks! I really genuinely love them and plan on buying them once I run out (I’m hoping they’ll run out at different times so I don’t have to buy them all at once!) Since everyone’s skin reacts differently to skincare, (and this line is not cheap), I’d suggest buying the travel size bundle and see how you like it, which ones you like, or want to invest in before shelling out a ton of dough. Hope that helps!
