Didn’t think I’d be able to get a workout in today, but I squeezed in this l’il sweat filled heart-pumping session in. It took about 23 minutes, give or take a few. But gosh, I love workouts like this when you’re in a crunch. Oh yeah, buddy.

A great l’il ladder workout
Do the following with as little rest as possible. (It’s a lot of reps, but still do the movements in a slow and controlled manner)
• 10 pull-ups
• 10 Push-ups with a knee tuck (I use a little square piece of carpet on our tile floor. You can also use paper towels, dish towels, or wear socks. If you have a carpeted floor, grab a set of paper plates.)
• 10 Goblet squats
• 10 Sliding leg curls (I used the carpet on a tile floor dealio again, but you can also use a stability ball and do stability ball hamstring curls)
• 10 Burpies
• Now do 9 of each
• Then 8 of each
• Then 7 of each
• Then 6 of each
• Then 5 of each
• Then 4 of each
• Then 3 of each
• Then 2 of each
• Then 1 of each
Done.
Stretch, catch your breath, drink some water, and enjoy those post, I worked my body and feel fantastic, endorphins. Oh yeah, give yourself a pat on the back for squeezing in a workout, even when you thought it wasn’t possible (which tend to be the really rewarding ones too.)
