It’s that time again. Time to talk about products that are helping me look or feel freaking fantastic, or just cool new stuff, or heck, I even threw in my vitamins that are helping me feel like Wonder Woman, when before I started taking them I was feeling like a sloth doing Zumba.
Here we go.
Starting it off with some Hawaii stuff…
Aloha Grown Beauty – Rose Geranium Balancing Face Mist + ‘Awa[puhi Coconut Hair Therapy Mist – This is a line of all natural, grown, made and bottled up in Maui products (All of the distilled botanical ingredients are grown organically on Olamana Organics 5 acre farm in Hana, Hawai’i). They’re simple. They’re lovely. The mist is a great skin pick me up, and the coconut mask gives me the Hawaiian vacation hair I’m always longing for.
Malie Organics – The Body Gloss – Beauty Oil and Hibiscus scrub – This trifecta makes my winter skin super duper hydrated, the oil is great on the ends of my hair, and whenever I use any of their products I feel a little closer to Hawaii. Hence why they are in pretty much every lineup post. I also love that the body scrub has actual hibiscus petals in it. Lub dub.
Now, my daily perfumes. I wear layered together or individually, depending on the mood.
Gild by Malia B – Malia B’s scents have been my go to since Sharon Bolton (creator of Malia B) was the first person to ever send me a gift on this blog seven years ago. I’m a loyal fan. Her latest fragrance, gild, is basically a lei of Jasmine, tuberose and greens, that roll on with a little gold shimmer. It smells like paradise. And every purchase helps feel a child in need for a month. Yup. loyal fan.
Café Tuberosa by Atelier Cologne – This is my first luxury French pure perfume, and I was 1: super flattered they wanted to send me a bottle to review, and 2: am turning out to be smitten with it. Mainly because it’s a blend of coffee and tuberose. Aka two of my all time favorite things to smell. But its sophisticated and spicy. I kind of want to lick my wrist and only speak french after putting it on. But I refrain.
Ok, this is a little different than my typical review, and these products have all been on here before, but they are my day to day makeup go-to’s that I love, and will buy time and time again.
Laura Mercier Radiance primer mixed with It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Creme with Spf 50+ (I wear Medium Tan this time of year, and Tan when I’m tan.) – These two together have my skin looking even and dewtastic.
Then my daily lip = Burberry Liquid Lip Velevet in Fawn no.05 with Chanel Rouge coco shine hydrating sheer lipshine in 54 Boy on top. Muwah.
Dr. Roebecks Bondi Hydrating Mist + Ultimate Hydrating Serum + Pure Face Moisturizer ..to the rescue. They sent me some products to try out, and the timing couldn’t have been better. I pretty much had a chemical burn on my face from a combination of things, and vowed to only use limited ingredient + natural products from then on. Then, they contacted me asking if I’d like to test some of their (minimal ingredient all natural) products out. Perfect timing. And all I can say is WOW. WOW. WOW. After two weeks of continued use my skin feels super hydrated, is healed and I am officially a Dr. Roebucks fan. Note: when putting on the pure it’ll get all whipped up and turn white on your face, but absorbs and gets clear again. Two thumbs up for Dr. Roebecks.
Wholefood Power Daily Multivitamin – This is my aforementioned Wonder Woman vitamin. Seriously though, I was feeling like absolute crap, and realized it was because I’d skimped on my vitamins for months. After taking these for two weeks I realized I was 1: drinking (a little bit) less coffee, and 2: feeling fantastic. The only thing I”d changed was getting back on my vitamins. A good high quality multi vitamin is worth it folks. Or at least I think so.
This Works Super Sleep Pillow Spray. – Yes. It works. I have this on my bedside table, use it every night, and sleep like a baby (until my dog gets me up a 1:30 am to go out, or Levi talks in his sleep.) Sleep. We all need it to feel beautiful, and well function. My husband and I swear by this stuff.
And finally… that big blue tun in the corner that would take up 2/3rd of the pic if it was in here:
Vital Proteins Pasture-Raised, Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides – A friend turned me onto this lovely powder, and I’m on my second big tub. The collagen is amazing for skin, hair, bones and joint health. I put a scoop of it in my coffee every morning. and after a few weeks of daily use. (Consistency is crucial for any vitamins/supplements, nothing happens overnight.) my hair and nails were growing like weeds. Read the amazon reviews it’s fascinating, really.
There you go. Zeee Lineup is done
