Bright colors brighten your mood, your body needs protein, and superfoods, are quite super. So let’s combine them all into a far from boring, and rather delicious summertime smoothie, shall we?
Combine the following in a blender:
1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder (I use Designer Whey. It’s delish.)
¼ cup frozen mango.
¼ cup coconut water
¼ cup orange juice (or your juice of choice)
A few splashes of almond milk (I put this in everything)
1 tsp fresh cut ginger.
Blend until smooth, and drink up this wholesome yet festive goodness.
