Well, since I’ve finally unpacked my mini Sephora into our bathroom and hallway linen closet, I figured It was lineup time. Yup, time to talk about some of those products that made the move down to Florida with us. Some are newly acquired, and some are completely empty in the picture above because I loved them so much. Regardless of ounces left, I have to shout praises for these items that are helping me not look like such a hot mess, but just a natural, dewey, beach bum mess instead.
Enough rambling, here’s some products I’m loving:
Malie Organics Mango Body Gloss and Plumeria Beauty Oil. – Malie gets the pole position in the post because I am beyond enamored with everything Malie, especially these two newbies. The Body gloss is a coconut oil based balm, that is super hydrating and makes your skin look, smell and feel amazing. (Yes that container is empty.) My face, neck and chest soak up the beauty oil, and I even use a little on my hair sometimes too. I got both of these in a gift bag in in Miami Swim week. I heart swim week gift bags. And Malie.
Burberry Lip Velvet – If you ever see me rocking a bold bright plum lip, or a pretty deep fawny beige one. It’s this stuff. Best matte lipstick I’ve been sent to review. For many reasons. But I need to keep this short so I’ll leave it at that.
Caudaile Grape Water Hydrating Spray – This has dethroned and kicked the Evian spray stuff to the curb. It was another Miami freebie from a pool party, and I’m wishing I would’ve grabbed five of them like the lady told me to. Hydrating. Soothing. Hallelujah,
A handful of new products by It Cosmetics – It Cosmetics sent me a bunch of their new products to test out and these were my favorite: The Bye Bye Pores blush is the super flattering peachy gold pink, the Perfect Lighting Radiance Touch Magic Wand is a fun little multi use super flattering tool, and The Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot is officially the only under eye concealer I will use. They also have a new Bye Bye Breakout concealer that came in SUPER handy when I had a zit smack dab between my eyebrows last week.
kai* rose body wash – Because honestly, any lineup post without something by kai is a lie to myself. Not only does it make your skin soft and silky, but it makes our entire house smell heavenly after I shower.
Ok a few great scrubbers/peels:
REN Skincare Radiance Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask – I’ve heard about REN’s all natural skincare for a while, and was excited to finally try this product people rave about. Well, I shall rave too. It doesn’t disappoint. There’s a slight tingling after and during application, and a slight case of permagrin after seeing how dewey my skin looked and felt after a few uses.
Derma-E Microdermabrasion scrub – I like a good, feels like I’m scrubbing away all my bad life decisions, gritty face scrub. But not one that hurts or is harsh, which is hard to find. Until I was sent this jar. It’s a thick paste that you gently scrub on wet skin for a minute tops. Man does it fulfill my desire to REALLY scrub my face. I’ve been using it twice a week for almost a month now. I’m a fan. Especially since I don’t have the time or budget for any in office real microdermabrasion.
Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Kiss – Anyone looking for a kick ass lip balm? Here you go. Hydrating and pluming. Boom. Oh yeah, it smells like their infamous Bum Bum creme. That pistachio vanilla scent. Yum yum.
Yes that’s a Jar of Honey coming up next…
Rare Hawaiian Organic White Kiave Honey – Honey is amazing for your skin and health, and well, Rare Hawaiian is pretty much the Don Julio Real of honeys. It’s from the Big Island, and it’s just…amazing. Should you ever want a luxurious face mask, just slather on a teaspoon of this. Drink honey lemon water first thing in the am for cleansing? Here you go. Thanks mom (She sent me this jar as a surprise. My mom knows me way too well.)
…and last but not least. The huge things in the bottom corner.
Aveda Blue Malva shampoo and Conditioner – This deep purple hued duo is saving my now sun bleached locks from brassiness. It’s been around for a while for a reason. It works. And forces me to actually wash my hair too. Thank you Aveda.
There you go. Zee lineup is done.
