The fringed tops, amazing textured fabrics, vibrant stripes and patterns, all look like designer Nichole Carroll had access to Janis Joplin’s wardrobe for her last shoot for Rolling Stone, and turned what she saw into a one of the funnest, original, and still functional (i.e. they actually stay on and are H2O compatible) lines to date.
