Next time you are sitting on the beach, try this ab workout.
It’s all done sitting on your bum. Place your hands at your sides for balance. The more you dig your heels into the sand, the harder it is. The sand gives you resistance and you can definitely feel the burn.
No clue how I thought of it. but it works. You can thank my inability to sit still for a long period of time as the innovator.
