Never underestimate the power of a killer workout playlist. It can make me go from feeling like a tired wimp, to feeling like the Tasmanian Devil, from feeling like Jabba The Hut, to feeling like Prefontaine, and most of all, it keeps creepy dudes in really really low cut tank tops from hitting on you at the gym if you have some headphones in.
Can I get a hip hip hoo-ray for workout playlists…thought so.
So, here’s a new one. I felt it was only appropriate to start and end with Pitbull since he’s solely responsible for shaving 30 seconds off my mile on occasions, as well as adding 15lbs to my bench…and those extra two pull ups.
There might be some repeats from previous lists in there too. But I don’t care. Possum Kingdom, B.O.B., Fly Away, and The Gap Band are always, and I mean always, on my playlist.
I’m keepin’ it real. Schweaty repeats and all.
